What we collect

  • Order data: your email address, the plans you buy, and payment status. Card details are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers.
  • eSIM service data: technical identifiers needed to provision and support your eSIM, and aggregate usage signals from our network partner (for example "80% used") so we can alert you.
  • Site analytics: privacy-respecting, aggregate page analytics.

What we use it for

  • Delivering, supporting, and topping up your eSIM.
  • Transactional email — receipts, delivery, usage alerts you'd expect.
  • Improving the product. We don't sell personal data. Ever.

Who we share it with

Only the processors required to run the service: our eSIM network partner (to provision connectivity), Stripe (payments), and our email provider (delivery and receipts) — each under their own compliance obligations.

Retention & your rights

We keep order records as required for tax and accounting, and service data only as long as needed to support you. Email hello@wayfarro.com to access, correct, or delete your data — we honour requests under GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA.
