These terms govern your use of Wayfarro ("we", "us") — our website and prepaid travel eSIM data plans. By purchasing or using a Wayfarro eSIM you agree to them.

1. The service

Wayfarro sells prepaid, data-only eSIM plans for the destinations listed on our site. Connectivity is delivered over partner mobile networks. Plans are for personal, lawful use; fair-use policies of underlying networks apply, and plans marked "unlimited" may be subject to speed management at very high usage.

2. Delivery and activation

eSIMs are delivered digitally by email and on your order confirmation page, normally within minutes of payment. Validity begins when the eSIM first connects to a network in the destination, unless a plan states otherwise. You are responsible for ensuring your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before purchase.

3. Payments and pricing

Prices are shown in USD and charged at checkout via our payment processor. Applicable taxes may be included or added depending on your billing country. Promotional prices apply only during the stated period.

5. Acceptable use

Plans may not be used for unlawful purposes, spam, network abuse, or resale without our written agreement. We may suspend service for abuse.

6. Service limitations

Mobile coverage, speeds, and availability depend on partner networks and local conditions and are not guaranteed. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected plan. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
